SkyGOAT is not your typical outdoor apparel brand. We’re rooted in the Red Lodge, MT, where the rugged beauty of the mountains fuels our spirit and our designs. We make ‘Lifestyle apparel for mountain adventures and beyond’ combining technical function, comfort, and style in every piece we produce.

Our mission is simple: to craft technically functional and cozy outdoor wear that supports both adventurers on the move and loungers who just want to look and feel good. Whether you’re summiting a 14er, fishing alpine lakes, or grabbing a local craft beer in a mountain town, SkyGOAT gear fits right in.

 

Our Story

Frustrated by the lack of stylish, functional outdoor fleece on the market, we decided to create our own. After endless searching for the perfect fabric, we made it ourselves and named it GOATgrid. This proprietary microgrid fleece is soft, breathable, moisture wicking, and made from recycled polyester. It’s the cornerstone of our signature apparel line and a symbol of our innovation and commitment to sustainability.

SkyGOAT was born from mountain passion, local roots, and the idea that technical outdoor gear should look good and feel better on trail or off.

  • CAMP Hoodie: A classic pullover with an athletic cut, crossover collar, kangaroo pouch, thumbholes and GOATgrid comfort. Made with custom 170gsm GOATgrid fleece.

  • CAMP Jacket: A full zip for those who prefer not pulling things over their head, available with or without a hood. Stylish and functional with a separate zip collar, elastic binding trimmed hood, and thumbholes.  Made with custom 170gsm GOATgrid fleece.

  • Half-Zip Pullovers Ultralight 115 & AIR 70: More technical lightweight midlayers, 115 available with or without a hood. Perfect for layering with sleek raglan sleeves, thumbholes, elastic binding trimmed waist, cuffs and hood and breathable design for high output days or casual comfort. Made with custom 115gsm and 70gsm GOATgrid fleece.
