Returns & Exchanges

We want you to LOVE your SkyGOAT! 

We'll accept NEW condition items back within 30 days of purchase.  Use our contact form to reach out and we'll hook you up with a free return shipping label and instructions (United States addresses only). 

Because our inventory for styles, colors and sizes change quickly, we will refund all returned items.  If you would like a different one (exchange) you will need to order it online.  This will ensure you see what is currently available and can get what you want.

*The following products are made to order and therefor we don't accept returns or size/color exchanges for these items: T-Shirts, Fanny Pack, Enamel Mug, Logo Neck Gaiters

International orders outside the US: 

We will ship outside the US, but any returns will need to be shipped at the expense of the buyer. 

Please note: Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.  Check with your local customs office for more information.
