Men's Half-Zip Hooded Pullover Ultralight 115

I tried out the lightweight pullover fleece last weekend. Temperatures started out in the high 40s and I was perfectly comfortable. The temps eventually got into the 60s before I got too warm. The long zipper made it super easy to regulate my temperature. It’s such a comfortable and versatile fleece!

So far it seems darn near perfect. I have numerous grid fleece garments and have had a difficult time finding lightweight grid fleece hoodies that are warm enough, breathable, block some wind and don’t stink too quickly. This hoodie meets all these criteria plus it so soft.
The only change I would recommend, because I have a long neck, I would like the hood to be a half inch taller but I can live with it as is. I will be taking this as an ideal mid layer on my Camino this November.

This is a surprisingly good warmth layer! Super lightweight, very soft and cozy, and with its trim/athletic cut it does a good job of not letting drafts of cold air between you and the garment. Seems to also regulate body heat pretty well. The 115 weight version of the fabric is indeed quite thin, so I do have concerns about its long-term durability, but so far after several months it seems to be holding up alright.

Reminiscent of when gear was made to be simple, practical and just plain work.

So warm and comfy. At 6'2" the 2xl tall I ordered is prefect. Sleeve and torso length are ample. My wife is always grabbing it to use when she is cold. Bought to use along with a puffy coat for the AT, and am thinking that just the SkyGoat hoodie by itself will be enough.

Pullover has a great fit, it’s not too tight and layers wonderfully under my puffy. It’s incredibly soft and comfortable while retaining a durable feel. I love all the features, it’s what really sold me on this vs comparable alpha or octa hoodies. For me, this is the perfect midlayer fleece. Thanks SkyGOAT!

It was a little tight across the chest. (I’m 6’0” 200 lbs.) Otherwise, it was great. The return process was super easy and I have an XL on the way.

The company, first of all, is great to work with. Personal emails from the owner himself. I love this quarter zip. Very light, very soft. This will probably be my second layer ofter a sun hoodie when I'm climbing. I think it will add the perfect amount of warmth. I like that the sleeves are tighter and not baggy. Looks great. Gonna order more from this company.

Looks great, certainly different from your average fleece, but in a positive way. Feels very soft and stretchy, deinately will not restrict any movements. As an UL version it's pretty light, but not on Alpha fabric territory. I certainly like the high collar (rare in most mainstream fleece hoodies. It will definitely get lot of use on the trail and also at home :)

I love that there's actually some aesthetic consideration with this fleece, when shopping through all the options I could hardly find anything I thought would look good on me while being functional.

Haven’t made a trip with it yet but…. Soft, fit is good, sizing is perfect. Can’t wait to get it to the backcountry and test it out!

Day one: 42 degrees, windy on the Mountain Bike. Zero complaints. Not too warm on climbs, not cold on descent. What more could one ask for?

I’ve worn a lot of microfleece hoodies over the years, pretty much every brand out there, including that one you can only snag in the store, but the SkyGoat brand has earned its place as my absolute favorite, hands down. The latest lightweight version is a game-changer for hiking and fishing.

For tall guys like me, the tall versions are a dream. The XLT fits me snugly, perfect for a streamlined feel when I’m active. I also ordered a 2XLT for days when I want a looser, more relaxed fit. Both are spot on, with sleeves and torso length that actually cover me properly. If you are in between sizes or prefer a looser fit, recommend going with a size up, but it will be a touch baggier in the belly area, depending on your body shape.

The half-zip design adds versatility, letting me vent heat fast or seal in warmth depending on the conditions. Love it.

Whether I’m hiking rugged trails or fishing remote streams, the Ultralight delivers. It’s warm enough for chilly mornings but doesn’t let me down when I’m working up a sweat.
