Custom GOATgrid
We searched high and low for the perfect functional and cozy fabric. We couldn't find it...so we made it! GOATgrid is a microgrid fleece fabric made from recycled polyester yarn and is lightweight, warm, breathable, and ultra soft. Weighing just 170 g/m², GOATgrid boasts a grid pattern that facilitates and enhances moisture-wicking, breathability, air circulation, and allows for unrestricted movement.

Love this skirt! I’m a big fan of puffy skirts to keep my behind warm when I’m outdoors in winter, but sometimes they are too warm or just not flexible enough. This skirt is super cute, the fabric is incredibly soft and comfy, and it adds warmth without being constricting. I love that the waistband is wide and lays nice and flat without digging in, as well. I’m 5’4 and 145, athletic build, and the medium I ordered fits really well. Another win for Skygoat!

Super soft, great material, I wanted to not take it off once I put it on. Cut rather small, the fit is "athletic" compared to a Melanzana hoody, which I like.

I am so impressed with this jacket. The fleece is fantastic. Soft & lightweight yet protects from the wind. Other fleece my arms feel chilled but not in this top! And the independent hood is great. I can zip up all the way & stay so warm. My only gripe is the thumb holes could be a wee bit larger. Only about half my thumb can sneak out. Otherwise this is my new favorite piece of camp gear.
This is the most comfy grid fleece material I have found - it is SO soft and cozy! I ordered a pair of camp mitts as well as a gaiter to try out, and I am sold - I will definitely be getting a hoodie in the future!

I'm 6'4" tall and 235lbs and originally ordered the XXL tall. It was too large and this Skygoats crew quickly orchestrated the return and replacement. The extra large tall is perfect and I love it. Colors are great!
A design edit/suggestion:
The thumb holes are right on a seam and are slightly too short and I could see them cutting off finger circulation a little bit. At least on the extra extra large. The cutouts need to be a half inch or so longer.

It was a little tight across the chest. (I’m 6’0” 200 lbs.) Otherwise, it was great. The return process was super easy and I have an XL on the way.
The company, first of all, is great to work with. Personal emails from the owner himself. I love this quarter zip. Very light, very soft. This will probably be my second layer ofter a sun hoodie when I'm climbing. I think it will add the perfect amount of warmth. I like that the sleeves are tighter and not baggy. Looks great. Gonna order more from this company.
I love the sky goat jackets. The Camp jacket for cold weather, and the lightweight for hiking and shoulder season. One of the most comfortable fleeces I have work. Please note these run big. I tend to be an XXL - as I am big in the shoulders and chest - but the XXL is quite large in the sky goat.
Extremely well made. I've not had it on the trail, but have worn it for local hill walking, and also just around the house. Doesn't feel bulky but definitely holds in the warmth.
For some time, I’ve been searching for a lightweight micro-grid fleece half zip “T” top for backpacking. The SkyGOAT Half-Zip Pullover Lightweight 115 is exactly what I was looking for. As of today, I’ve worn the pullover on three backpacking trips totaling seven nights and was very pleased with the performance. On my scales the pullover is 6.81 ounces, and the warmth-to-weight ratio is excellent. The fabric is very soft, the quality of construction is very good, and when fully zipped up covers my entire neck. I would certainly recommend this product and would buy it again. A solid color would be my preference, but the multi-color pullover is not really an issue.
